Description Tomasz Zarna CLA 2011-10-21 04:57:06 EDT
4.1.0 I20111018-2000

The Workspace Launcher dialog shows previously used workspaces. I'm not able to pick one directly from the submenu of File > Switch Workspace. If that's an expected behavior I think the action should be renamed to "Switch Workspace..." with "..." indicating that the dialog will open.

OpenWorkspaceAction is an action with a custom menu creator and we're turning it into an MHandledMenuItem.

Thread [main] (Suspended)
	MenuHelper.createItem(MApplication, ActionContributionItem) line: 951
	WorkbenchWindow.fill(MenuManagerRenderer, MMenu, IMenuManager) line: 846
	WorkbenchWindow.fill(MenuManagerRenderer, MMenu, IMenuManager) line: 835
	WorkbenchWindow.setup() line: 539

Paul, I guess we should skip the processing of actions that returns a non-null value for getMenuCreator()?

maybe for actions with the type AS_DROP_DOWN_MENU

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant, please remove the "stalebug" whiteboard tag.
