There is the same issue in RBD
User could insert a widget into DojoContentPane level within DojoAccordionContainer. But the whole Dojo AccordionContainer could not display if do that.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. DD DojoAccordionContainer into handler.
2. Try to drag and drop a DojoTree widget in the same level with DojoContentPane in Outline view. Please refer to screenshot.

Actual results: The whole Dojo AccordionContainer could not display. I suggest prevent such action (DD a widget in the same level with DojoContentPane) in outline.

In widget level, this is working as design. Because only DojoContentPane can be
a child of DojoAccordionContainer. Drag other widget into this level will
generate error EGL code so that the whole container won't display.

If we want to prevent such d&d action, we should change it in VE level. So
route this defect to Forest.

PS. I think this is an enhancement rather than a bug.

This is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD, so I am deferring the fix to 1.0.
