Install the bundle org.eclipse.ua.tests
Open the page User Assistance Tests > Manual > Filter

Expected Result: Page displays without error
Actual Result: This text is displayed

This was a regression caused by the fix to Bug 342756

Fixed in master with commit message: Bug 361595 - [Webapp] XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
