I originally had a product logo for my plug-in in the marketplace. I removed the original logo in order to replace it. Unfortunately, now I get the error "File upload error. Could not move uploaded file." when I try to upload the new file. 
Is the Marketplace running on Drupal by any chance (http://drupal.org/node/179812)?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a product to the Eclipse marketplace.
2. Upload a Product Logo.
3. Remove the Product Logo.
4. Try to Upload a Product Logo again.

I believe this was a permissions issue.

Looks like we've sorted it out now.
