Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project 
2. Add test module as a dependency
3. Create dangled annotation 
4. Select Entity or method in Model references in Tigerstripe explorer and select "Annotations/Attach
Dangling Annotation..." in dropdown menu 
See message "There are no dangling annotations that may be attached to the
selected object"
