Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. new RUI handler
2. DnD AccordionContainer onto the page
3. in Design mode, select the contentpane
3. add function l1 to event OnWidgetLoad of contentpane (not the container)
4. Run the page on Chrome and FF, the function l1 can not be actived.
