I've noticed that if i have an icon of a perspective in the bar (on top - right), if i remove the plugin which icon is related, after that i can't remove that icon button in anyway...

The only way to remove the button in that bar is reinstall the plugin, remove the button and uninstall the plugin again.

For example :
if you install PyDEV plugin then you insert the PyDev perspective button in the perspectives bar, when you remove that plugin you aren't be able to remove the button/icon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install PyDev plugin
2. Inserted PyDev icon in the perspectives bar
3. Remove PyDev plugin
4. Try to remove the PyDev icon from the perspectives bar

Perspectives bar

As you can see after removing PyDev plugin the button of PyDev remain in the perspectives bar but it doesn't have an icon anymore and you can't remove the button from the bar until you install again the plugin.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant, please remove the "stalebug" whiteboard tag.
