Window size changes of the "Terminals" view are not applied to the remote terminal process nor does the remote terminal process window size change notifications are forwarded to the host side terminal widget (o.e.tm.te.tcf.terminals.core.launcher/TerminalsListener#winSizeChanged(...) is not implemented in example). Window size changes should be proper propagated into both directions.
