Select All selects too much in Git Repositories view. It should only select the visible items (better yet, only all repositories). Currently, it also selects all children that have ever been shown in the tree.

I ran into this when I tried to pull all repositories (Pull was not in the context menu).

Seems to work correctly now. When a repository is expanded, it behaves the same as e.g. the package explorer in that the child nodes are also selected.
