This issue is caused by a change to BasicIndirectionPolicy that was added for the Protected Cache Isolation bug.

The code was changed to only unwrap if the target session is a Shared session but this eliminated some of the usages of the getOriginalVH code.  

The code should be changed to always unwrap one layer then if the target is a Shared Session then continue to unwrap until the shared VH is available.
