Steps:
1. Make some change in the working dir to prevent checkout to succeed
2. Go to the Repositories page, try to switch to a different branch
=> "Checkout conflict with files: ....", good
3. Go to the Status page, discard all the changes (discard them one by one actually, see bug 361111)
4. Go back to the Repositories page, and again try to switch to a different branch
=> This time it works, but the message from 2. is still there, bad.
