Build Identifier: Login1.1

While entering the Date in Application page. It is acceptiing date in wrong format i.e dd/mm/yyyy.
But as per the requirement it should accept date in mm/dd/yyyy format.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login into application
2.Click on Application form link in home pahe
3.Check the date fieled
