Further info: If I repeat the steps (add clone to repos view, import project into workspace, remove project from workspace, remove clone from repos view) it happens again. Created attachment 205244 [details] Screenshot It appears that the Git Staging view shows some files as Unstaged after the projects have been removed from the workspace and the clone repository that the projects was checked out from has been removed from the Git Repositories view. The attached screenshot shows it. The problem goes away without further action, just by restarting the IDE.
