Build: Orion 0.3 RC2 (eclipse-orion-I20111013-2200-win32.win32.x86.zip)

Between 10/12 and 10/13, the server port specified in orion.ini changed from 8080 to 8081.

It took me a long time to figure out why I couldn't access my server at http://localhost:8080 anymore after launching orion.exe.

Hmm... this was probably an accident. We were having problems running our test server and this may have been checked in by accident.

I checked it in on purpose because our tests have been failing with a "address in use" error. I thought there might be another process on build.eclipse.org taking 8080 so this was intended to avoid it. However the tests still failed in the same way. I immediately reverted the change after the build.
