The attached patch is removing GtkList related functions which are using
only for pre gtk 2.4.0 which is unsupported by latest SWT.
Build and tested locally without any problems seen (gtk 2.24)
Note that the this patch is only appliable after the patch from bug 360872. This reduces problems for gtk3 even more.
