0.3RC2.
Steps:
1.Open a file where last line has no delimeter.
2.Before last line , add a new line. (e.g. org.eclipse.orion.client.git/web/git/git-status.css )
3.Save the file and go to git status.
4.Open compare editor.
5.It shows that last line was replaced by the new line.

Adding line in the middle of the fiel is OK.

The issue is misleading if it gets hit.
Simon, please review it and see if it's worthwhile for RC3.

fixed with 2efceb63fb7add98e0096451b7b15ac4d36d36be.
Also added more test cases on this.
