DojoCurrencyTextBox: focus will regained when click another widget

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Web Client Project
2. Download the attached testcase and copy it to your project
3. Open it by VE or real browser
4. Click DojoCurrencyBox and make sure the onFocusGained event been triggered
5. Click the checkbox, the focus lost first and regained by DojoCurrencyBox again.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
