On the downloads page open the "nightly build" section of the "RAP Tooling". Click on the "download from Hudson" link. A 404 page is shown.

Fixed by pointing to the lastStableBuild page of runtime and tooling build. This page includes a link to the artifacts as well as test results and other information.

I also changed to links from lastSuccessfulBuild to lastStableBuild. This is also the version that is picked up by the nightly repository. A build with failed tests is still considered successful by Hudson.
