Create a List into a handler then update its properties "borderWidth", "borderColor","borderStyle", preview the handler in internal browser. You will find all the border properties were not effective

Reproducible: Always

This is a browser compatibility problem.
This problem also happens in RBD in IE version below 8.

This cannot be fixed because IE does not support border for list/listMulti (the underlying html tag is selection).

We may want to record this problem in the spreadsheet and will decide if we need property filter in another bug 360304.
