The IP Log has a few sections for CQ-related things.

The "Third Party Code" section is--effectively--pre-req dependencies that have been checked by the IP team.

The "Pre-req Dependencies" section contains "exempt Pre-reqs" and "Works with" dependencies. The name on this section is just wrong (works with dependencies are not "pre-req").

Really, they are all third-party libraries. Janet has suggested that we make "Third Party Code" be the top-level title, and subtitle the different tables as "Pre-req Dependencies", "Exempt Pre-req and Work With Dependences", ...

How about we just make entirely separate sections in the "Third-party Code" for "Works With" and "Exempt Pre-requisite" dependencies?(In
