The ReferenceScanner will only work for XHTML type documents (files with mimetype "application/xhtml+xml"). The mimetype detector does not correctly detect WikiText generated files as they end with HTML.

Path to resolve the issue

* Removed useless casts in TestOPSPublication.
* Added test for bug 360701.
* Added test for inclusing of resources in subfolder.
* Improved mimetype detection (fixes 360701)
