Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a java file which refers to an existing static method
2. add a new variable in the call to the static method
3. Use quicktip to change the method to add the new paraeter
4. Click Ctrl+S in the new window. Notice that the file is not saved and suddenly File - Save is greyed out. 
5. Change tab back and forth and now the file can be saved by ctrl+s

I could not reproduce this using build I20110927-0800 on Win. Moving to JDT/UI for follow up.
