1. Clone orion client repository
2. Go to /gitapi/tag/file/a/ (replace "/file/a" with location of cloned client repo)
You'll get an error:

We decided not to release Orion .3 on a nightly build of JGit (bug 360818), so even if bug 360650 was fixed it would not be consumed in Orion. I'm changing the target to match the reality.

Fixed with 5fca49ced7f0c220472c724678884ee84d13e09d with a workaround for bug 356918. Entered bug 356943 to remove it when the fix in JGit is ready, targeted for .4.
