If you just press the delete button without getting a college you will get this error.
This would be an test issue, the app should check for missing input.
There are instructions to run this application in the PVIT DB for RBD.
Basically they say:
When you open the page press the Get College by ID button.
Change the college name in the first field below the buttons.
Press the Add College button, the added college ID will be printed on the bottom of the page (record this value).
Refresh the page.
Enter the added ID next to the Get College by ID button.
Press the Get College by ID button.
You will now see the college you added.
Change all the field values.
Press the Update College button.
Refresh the page.
Enter the added ID next to the Get College by ID button.
Press the Get College by ID button.
Verify your updates.
Press the Delete College button.
Refresh the page.
Enter the added ID next to the Get College by ID button.
Press the Get College by ID button.
you will get an exception:
An exception has occurred/nmessage:An exception occurred while communicating with the service.
