Build Identifier: 201110110900

Set the disable property of HyperLink to TRUE. The hyperlink will still work in both preview and deploy mode. This issue also happened in RBD

Reproducible: Always

This happens because the underlying html tag doesn't support this attribute.
Please record the state in the spreadsheet.
