When an artifact is opened from a TS module, the link with editor button in Tigerstripe Explorer does not work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a TS project
2. Add a TS module as a dependency of your TS project
3. Open an artifact in the TS module 
4. Click on the "collapse all" button in Tigerstripe Explorer
5. Now select the artifact editor and click on the 'link with editor' button (see attachment).  Notice that the file is not linked with editor.  One would expect the project and corresponding TS module to expand and for the artifact to be selected.
