Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with entity
2. Add annotation for the entity 
3. Update annotation file - add 195 dangled annotations and save changes
4. See that number of warning displayed correctly in Problems view and annotations are available to attach in "List of Dangling Annotations"
5. Update annotation file - add another 195 dangled annotations and save changes

java.lang.IllegalMonitorStateException

In Problems view new warnings are not displayed, but in "List of Dangling Annotations" only new annotations are available
