Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project
2. Add installed module as project dependency
3. Create dangled annotations
4. Open artifact in installed module and select item "Annotation>Attach Dangling annotations" in dropdown menu
Warning message that annotations are not found is displayed. But when I created artifact in project and select item "Annotation>Attach Dangling annotations" in dropdown menu, it is possible to attach annotation
