Patch for a small bug in the previous fix. It provides a correct behavior for "Auto Generate" button selection.

The aim is to be able to disable following settings from the Server tab: - server selection, - server creation ('New' button), - file selection, - URL selection. It should be possible by setting dedicated launch configuration attribute.
