Missing widgets

Create a new RUIHandlet.
There are a lot of widgets missing in the Palette:
CheckBox
Combo
CurrencyTextBox
All Visualization
Etc.
I tried Refresh Palette.

I just got the 201110100901 build, and all of the widgets are on the palette.

double checked in 201110100901 build, all the widgets are in the palette. It may be fixed indirectly.
