Build Identifier: 201110082101

Set "Height" in properties view for Combo, but it does NOT work in preview mode with internal browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a RUI handler and DnD a Combo into the Handler
2.Set the "Height" in properties view
3.Preview it in the "preview" tab in internal browser. the "Height" property was not effective.

The combo height only takes up the space. This works as design
