refactoring, service, dd file

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. RUI project, dd file
2. add some service in the tab of: service deployment
3. rename the dd file
4. turn to service deployment tab, the services are lost
expected result:
service setting should not be edited after refactoring

Can not recreate. Please describe the detail step it it can be recreated in your machine.
