If you added more handlers (for example 3 or 4) to a project, it will can NOT display in the Design view nor Preview view. You have to close all handlers and clean the project.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a EGL project and create a RUI handler
2.DnD some widgets into the RUI handler and changed some properties for them.
3.Create second RUI handler and repeated step2
4.Create the third RUI handler, the the Design view for this latest handler will show nothing. You have to close all handlers and clean the project. Then reopen the third handler to show it.

I guess this problem is the same as bug 360348
