The events onKeyDown, onKeyUp,onKeyPress for DataGrid did not work in FF6 and Chorme14, but they can work correctly in IE8

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a RUI handler and DnD a DataGrid into the handler
2.Add events for onKeyDown, onKeyUp,onKeyPress
3.Deploy the handler and run in FF, Chorme and IE

onKeyDown/Up/Press and onFocusGained/Lost for Box did not work in FF and Chorme. But they work in IE8

Hi, brian:
I have also tested this defect with rbd8012. And it turns out also same with EDT.
Do we must fix this defect in 0.7 of EDT. If we not I may focus on other defect with higher priority.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
