CheckBox does NOT support onFocusGained and onFocusLost events in RUI handler

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a RUI handler and DnD a checkbox into the handler
2.Add event functions for onFocusGained and onFoucsLost, try it in preview and deployed mode. They did not work
3.Tried it in RBD 8012, CheckBox does not support these two event neither.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
