Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.eclipse eorks fine for android on my system but after tomcat 7.0 installation 
   error occur.
2.uninstalling tomcat cant resolve this error
3.i am not able to work on android because neither update,install new software woks nor emulator starts error occurs every times.
