There is the same issue in RBD8012.

In Web Service Deployment wizard, if click Add... button to add some web services in Add Web Services wizard. There will be Unhandled event loop exception after user inputs some service names.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Open error log view in EDT.
1. Import PI from attatchment.
2. Open BaseProject/EGLSource/BaseProject.egldd, then go to Service Deployment tab.
3. Click Add... button.
4. In Add Web Services wizard, input any characters, such as "abc" in the Name input field, then click enter.

Actual results: There will be Unhandled event loop exception reported in error log view. Please refer to screenshot.
