Build Identifier: 201110072101

The events of onKeyDown,onKeyPress,onKeyUp,onFocusGained,onFocusLost for Button do not work in Chorme

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a RUI handler and DnD an Button to the handler
2.Add some events actions for : onKeyDown,onKeyPress,onKeyUp,onFocusGained,onFocusLost
3.Deploy the handler and open it in Chrome(version 14.0.835.186 m), these events do NOT work. But they work correctly in FF6 and IE8

This problem also happens in RBD.
Only when all these 5 events are setting for Button will cause this problem.
And the problem only happens in Chrome, may be a chrome bug.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
