Deploy the Services with compiling errors will return successful messages in deployment results view; but we expect get some error messages about egl error and deployment fail results instead.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import PI from attatchment.
2. Open BaseProject/EGLSource/BaseProject.egldd file, and do deployment.

Actual results: The EGL Deployment Results view will show the BaseProject is deployed successfully. But there are some compiling errors in the deployed serviecs, EDT should report related errors and fail the demployment process here.

Resolved. Now the deployment will fail if there are errors in Service. Thanks.
