Currently when the user drags a node from one location to another in a diagram,
only an outline of the item is displayed during drag. For my uses this single
missing feature is one of the main barriers to using any of the GMP toolsets.
Perhaps there is already a simple way to implement but I haven't seen it in any
of the examples.

Please see bug 360151 for parallel bug on graphiti side. I'm not sure if the same issues are implicated in both implementations or not. I note there that this currently works well in the GEF Zest toolset.
