Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe Project with Entity 
2. Add method, literal and attribute for the entity
3. Add annotations for all items 
4. Create Class diagram and add entity to the diagram
5. Remove method from model on Class diagram

See that annotation for method is not removed.
The same issue when I remove literal, attribute and entity from model on Class diagram
