Prepare the code hosted under https://github.com/Tasktop/Mylyn-Context-Modeling for a CQ to move it to Eclipse.org:

* Remove stale code
* Add copyright headers where needed
* Rename bundles to reflect naming conventions

* Check build.properties for required includes
* Check that MANIFEST.MF does not export API
* Check imports in MANIFEST.MF
* Check bundle name in plugin.properties
* Check feature names in feature.properties
