When you open a file in Web Page Editor, in the context menu for the source part you'll see wrong shortcuts for CUT and PASTE actions. They are different in Edit menu and in the context menu for the Visual Part.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open jsp or html file in the Web Page Editor
2. Call a context menu
3. Notice shortcuts for "CUT ^X" and "PASTE ^V" 
4. "^X" and "^V" don't work.
5. Open Edit menu, notice shortcuts "CUT Command+X" and "PASTE Command+V"
6. "Command+X" and "Command+V" work fine.
