AJDT specifies a welcome page in its branding bundle which interferes with products that provide their own welcome page. I would recommend replacing the welcome page by a contribution to the standard intro page. More details are on this issue: https://issuetracker.springsource.com/browse/STS-2093.

So, each AJDT feature would need its own branding plugin?

It looks nicer in the about dialog but I don't see any technical reason to do that. We have always used a single branding plug-in for Mylyn and never run into problems because of that. The welcome contribution would be nice to fix though.

Done.  I removed the welcome page and did some reorganizing of the welcome contribution.  I didn't even know that AJDT had its own welcome page until now.  That is OLD stuff and hasn't been updated in years.  Fixed now.
