pom.xml causing the problem

In Eclipse Indigo with the latest version of m2e (1.0.100.20110804-1717) the attached pom.xml causes Eclipse to show org.apache.maven.archiver.MavenArchiver.getManifest(org.apache.maven.project.MavenProject, org.apache.maven.archiver.MavenArchiveConfiguration) Maven Configuration Problem, see also attached screenshots.

I was not able to reproduce the problem using recent 1.1 build, so I assume it is not caused by m2e. You appear to be using m2e-wtp integration, so I suggest you report this problem to https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MECLIPSEWTP

Reported as https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MECLIPSEWTP-191.
The solution is to use a newer version (2.1.1 instead of 2.0) of the maven-war-plugin.
