After entering username and password at the portal login screen I get the following error:
SQL Trouble: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111
The Eclipse Projects page is also messed up:
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/
That is showing the error message:

Unable to connect to the database server at this time(foundation_ro).
