Interesting, sometimes it reports SQL Trouble: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'foundation' (115) ... I'll quit clicking every 5 seconds now. :) I'm going to mark as "blocker" since this is preventing some work getting done. Well, I assume, without a portal, someone is being held up :) As for myself, I was seeing an odd problem, and wanted to go to the portal to check something. The problem I as seeing is that I think "project plan" data is being served up stale. That is, trying the link http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?projectid=webtools I see a "plan" that is 3 or so weeks old ... I'm pretty sure all is updated in the portal correctly (which is what I was going to check) ... but suspect that "stale data" is due to SQL communication problems too? *** Bug 360053 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** We migrated that server to a new machine. Everything should be working fine now. *** Bug 360060 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Just to cross reference, I've opened bug 360086 specifically for the "old plan" data for "webtools" ... the issue I was originally trying to investigate. Not sure if related to this bug, or something else. |
