It would be nice to list the property *qualifiedNames* in the cdo.server.xml and set it to true per default. The reason this is that this avoids the potently danger of running in duplicated table entries if different models have elements with the same name. 

This definitively happens if the user is runnning GMF and Graphiti diagrams together on Dawn, since both packages are declaring a class named "Shape"

Please move the property to into the <store type="db"> element.
