Can you please create two new jobs with following names:

tycho-its-linux-nightly
tycho-its-win-nightly

This is for the tycho project. 

We intend to run these jobs as downstream jobs of tycho-nightly for executing long-running (~20 min) integration tests for tycho on multiple platforms (linux and windows should be enough for now).
