- add height property for Scrollbar-UpButton[VERTICAL] and Scrollbar-DownButton[VERTICAL]
- add width property for Scrollbar-UpButton[HORIZONTAL] and Scrollbar-DownButton[HORIZONTAL]

or: add padding property for Scrollbar-UpButton and Scrollbar-Downbutton

Currently, this change is not critical for the new default theme.
